New York Born Controversial Multi-Media Artist Victor-Hugo Vaca Jr. residing in Miami founded the Modern Art Music Movement and authored the Modern Art Graphic Novel "Crackhead Jesus" based on his diary of the world on canvas. The Latin American 2008 dark horse presidential candidate has exposed government corruption and the alleged existence of a legal mafia in the U.S. Justice System which uses questionable strong arm tactics.
