The Sturge-Weber Foundation Names New Board Members

MT. FREEDOM, N.J./EWORLDWIRE/Dec. 20, 2005 --- The Sturge-Weber Foundation (SWF) today announced the addition of four new Board of Directors members. They are Woodrow W. Crouch of Scarsdale, N.Y., Crystal Elliers of Slidell, La., James D. Hammond of Cave Creek, Ariz. and Larry Gelfund, of South Lyon, Mich. The Sturge-Weber Foundation's mission is to improve the quality of life for the one-million individuals and their families living with Sturge-Weber syndrome (SWS), Klippel-Trenaunay syndrome (KT) and Port Wine Stain (PWS)conditions.

Crouch is a water treatment executive and the grandfather of an infant who died of SWS complications.
Elliers is a kindergarten teacher in Slidell, La. whose five year old daughter has SWS.
Hammond is an insurance consultant and the uncle of a six year old girl who has SWS.
Gelfund is a human resources trainer and long time supporter of the SWF whose late son had SWS.
