NSHSS will honor outstanding students and educators during the program. Parish, a senior at Hirschi High School in Wichita Falls, was selected for the award from over 10,000 applicants. Nobel stated, "I am deeply honored to recognize Christopher as one of the United States’ most outstanding students."
