RICHMOND HILL, Ontario/EWORLDWIRE/June 27, 2006 --- Esnatech today announced its support for Adobe PDF document formats for its fax messaging solution that is part of the organization’s Real Time Unified Communications platform, Telephony Office-LinX. Esnatech’s Telephony Office-LinX is a next-generation enterprise application server integrated into an organization’s telephony, data and fax network. Esnatech has added support to its 7.0 version for automatically converting incoming faxes into PDF files, allowing users to have simple and easy access to faxes right from their e-mail. By delivering the documents in PDF format, users can easily share, collaborate and archive the documents for future use with other users, such as colleagues, customers and suppliers. 
The fax software for Telephony Office-LinX is an application that will convert TIFF files into PDF. It is written to be small, fast and efficient. It can convert a single file, a directory of files, or an XML document containing TIFF links into a PDF. This application is bundled as part of the Telephony Office-LinX fax messaging software and works with the Esnatech voicefax drivers over analog, TAPI Wave, and SIP connectivity. It makes use of the DreamSys Tiff to PDF API Library.

The Version 7.0 of Telephony Office-LinX is scheduled for release in late July 2006 which will include mobility, presence, and messaging services including Softfax support, outbound fax server capabilities and PDF support for fax messaging documents. Telephony Office-LinX is already tightly integrated with Microsoft Windows, Exchange, Office, Terminal Services and Outlook. It can be administered directly from an organization’s Microsoft Management Console or through Terminal Services over the Web. Users can be managed through Active Directory and Group Policy.
