NEW YORK/EWORLDWIRE/Nov. 30, 2006 --- From the northeast to the southeast to the west, characters and cads have sent Ivy Supersonic into a frenzy and those in her way would do well to get out of her way:- German-native designer Kay Witte of Brainpool Designs and XODesignGroup. After arranging to share her Miami home with him, Witte started moving her out of her own home and commandeering her belongings, including her pink truck and Prada, for his own personal use. Following what what was termed by police as an extended joy-ride in Supersonic's bubble-gum pink cartoon truck, Witte appears to have left a package of lightbulbs along with receipt in the truck. Supersonic visited the Florida Home Depot where she met with security officials who may have tapes of Witte making the purchase. Receipt for the purchase of the lightbulbs found in the truck are currently in the possession of Florida authorities under an ongoing investigation (Miami Beach Case #200642287 and #200642683).
Law enforcement officials notified, Supersonic sought to share a message with Witte. "Next time you see lights, it will be the police coming to take you away," said Supersonic. "Brilliant as he might be, he's not Einstein - to have left the receipt and the box with his prints on it."
On Howard Stern on Monday morning, Supersonic said, "That guy [Witte] is going to have to change his name, buy a new face and go into hiding." The audio clip is available at Supersonic's site, www.ivysupersonic.com.

Supersonic says Rupert Murdoch has been benefitting from the publicity services she's launched to draw attention to her issue - and since her retainer runs at $10,000 a month, he's racked up at $120,000 bill over the course of the last year's campaign.
A multi-year legal battle over the trademark and copyright ownership of the squirrel/rat character incorporated into the Ice Age movie took its most recent turn when its follow-up DVD, Ice Age 2, was dropped last week. Since undertaking her campaign to extract the share of the profits Supersonic claims she's owed, she has launched a full-fledged publicity campaign that included tattooing her body, making the media circuit and staging personal protests outside the News Corp building and the home of Fox multi-billion dollar conglomerate owner Murdoch. This week's New York area Autotrader cover shares space with Supersonic's infamous Hummer - which during its short life in Supersonic's possession transported her to the Murdoch facilities while plastered with Supersonic "Murdoch, Pay Up" billboards. The two failed to make two confirmed appearances at court television shows, one of which was People's Court produced by Philip Vendervort who loved the case, who has worked for the Judge for 20 years and says the show is real, not fixed. "These are two men who robbed me - told me I signed a contract - two men with a cell phone and call it a business and live in an airplane hanger," said Supersonic. "What I'm going to do to them is something they've never had done to them before."
