This new phase of work follows a statewide assessment of the Commonwealth’s COOP plans completed earlier in the year, during which all agency COOP plans were reviewed against industry standards. Over time, the program will include statewide workshops for all COOP practitioners, plus training in software tools to standardize and streamline the planning process.
