The Thank You Foundation Launches Tickets For Troops Program

Inaugural Program to Honor Veterans of Iraq and Afghanistan

For Immediate Release

LEBANON, Ohio/EWORLDWIRE/April 2, 2007 --- The Thank You Foundation announced the launch of its Tickets for Troops program by securing season tickets for 20 Cincinnati Reds home games during the 2007 season. The tickets will be presented by the Foundation to selected service members from the tri-state area who recently served in Iraq and Afghanistan.

"We wanted the foundation's inaugural program to be one that strongly supported our local service members and veterans and represented the embrace of the Cincinnati community," said John Guinn, Foundation president, "and we are thrilled that our inaugural event involves a historic part of this community - the Reds organization - in supporting our men and women of the Armed Forces and their families."

Guinn added, "Our goal is to have the ability to extend this program to other cities and organizations. As people become aware of what we are doing, hopefully they will donate tickets or help sponsor the program so that we can provide the same opportunity in other cities with professional sports and entertainment."

The Thank You Foundation, a non-partisan, non-profit organization is dedicated to enhancing the lives of the men and women of the Armed Forces and their family members. The goal of the foundation is to implement and administer programs and services designed to carry out a mission of appreciation, educate the public about the sacrifices our military personnel make and provide soldiers and veterans with times of enjoyment, relaxation, recreation and help when they have a personal need.
