Jerome Almon is now backed by several Canadian music industry power brokers in his $900 million lawsuit calling for a full accounting of the attack on U.S. rappers, including the head of Sony/BMG Canada, in a hard-hitting Billboard article. These heavyweights have joined U.S. Senate Armed Services Chairman Carl Levin in supporting Mr. Almon's campaign to bring this massive cover up to light. The article will most certainly result in U.S. rappers DMX, 50 Cent, NAS, Jay Z, Common, Olivia of the G-Unit, and tens of thousands of others taking civil action against Ottawa as a result of a policy that eerily mirrors the attacks on rock and roll in the 1950's and 1960's. The documents detail a huge cover up orchestrated from the highest echelons in both the Canadian government and U.S. State Department. In direct correspondence from the top managers in State Department, the Canadian Human Rights Commission (CHRC), U.S. Senate, Ministries for Immigration and Customs, the case is proven in the handwriting of very officials that banned Mr. Almon and Hip Hop's top dogs from Canada. The site clearly shows that the Canadian government is again putting Canadian taxpayers on the hook for large payouts as it did in the Maher Arar scandal, by knowingly lying to the Canadian public as did former RCMP head Giuliano Zaccardelli. Mr. Almon is directly stating that serious violations of The Charter of Rights and Freedoms, U.S., and international law have occurred at the direction of named officials, and that the State Department green lighted the Canadian government to target U.S. rappers and Blacks . The site reveals the scandal at the heart of the ban on Mr. Almon, interracial sex, lies, and a Kobe Bryant-like allegation. The sordid, dirty secret the Canadian government has labored to keep from world, and especially Americans is revealed - Canada is going through a very violent and bitter civil rights struggle that is only comparable to the U.S. civil rights struggle of the 1950's and the Apartheid era of South Africa. The deadly brew of racism, massive immigration, and the wild card of home grown terrorism have ironically led to the vilifying of U.S. rappers and American Blacks. Ottawa, it is revealed, is targeting Black Americans and especially what it views as the "super Black" U.S. rappers and their "murder music" as scapegoats for Canada's growing gun and gang violence in Toronto and Vancouver. It is also revealed that U.S. Senate Armed Services Chairman Carl Levin was called a liar for defending Mr. Almon against the blatantly false allegations issued from Ottawa and the CHRC. Mr. Almon has called on Sen. Levin, House Judiciary Chair John Conyers, and Canadian Justice Minister Robert Nicholson to launch official investigations of the named Canadian officials, and Sec. Rice. Mr. Almon will directly confront this "North American Apartheid" by flying directly into Toronto with his chief U.S. and Canadian backers, to file a lawsuit in Toronto against the named Canadians officials for slander, libel, and defamation of character for his being called a liar, criminal, and pimp among other things. Mr. Almon is also calling on Toronto Mayor David Miller and Ontario Premier Dalton McGuinty to directly address the issue and protect both the economy and image of their respective areas of responsibilities.
