Lic 24463), this press release is being issued to the public in the name of John Rupert by KST Communications to correct a previous release pertaining to accusations against CAA, CBS and their named associates.

"At no time did I or any representative of Alpha-One Investigations, Inc. write, issue or authorize the issuance of the Apri 17, 2007 press release concerning Copyright Infringement allegations against CAA, CBS and or its affiliates and/or Associates. Alpha-One Investigations, Inc was initially retained by Actor Ken VerCammen to investigate his allegations as such and Alpha One Investigations has elected to terminate our representation of his efforts as a result of his repeated efforts to breach our recommendations, especially in the matter of the rogue manner in which he sent out the aforementioned press release, placed our name on it as the issuer after falsely convincing KST Communications he had received our authorization to do so. After confronted about this rogue action, twice more, VerCammen repeated the breach by posting the release on Craig's List.
