DETROIT/EWORLDWIRE/Oct. 2, 2007 --- According to Jerome Almon, Canada and the State Department have deliberately defaulted in the $900 million lawsuit filed by U.S. rap mogul Almon in an attempt to avoid facing devastating documentation and the depositions of Hollywood stars such as Paris Hilton, Oprah Winfrey, Martha Stewart, and P Diddy. A TMZ.COM TV exclusive reveals the suit is no publicity stunt, exposing the international cover up and scandalous facts such as Canadian Customs Commissioner Rob Wright and Immigration Minister Elinor Caplan promised Mr. Almon he would not be banned from Canada and to do so would be a violation of his rights under the Canadian Constitution.

Almon is fully backed by Senate Armed Services Chairman Carl Levin; Colin Powell dispatched officials to Canada to facilitate his return to Canada. Canada offered Almon bribes through the State Department during the 50 Cent Tour debacle, and that the personal vendetta stemming from the same false sex allegations that ensnared Kobe Bryant, DMX, Michael Irving, and Duke Lacrosse team.

Rice inexplicably argues that Canada's report is wrong about Canada. Almon notes Canadian authorities have stated that their stepped up targeting of Black stars is justified due to the Bush administration portraying Al Qaeda and "Al Canada" as America’s two top enemies, retaliating for Bush's alleged profiling of Canadian Muslims.
