Dr. David Smarsh (USAF Colonel) joined the International Academy of Genius in 2007. He currently serves as the Chief of Staff of the Naval Postgraduate School (Monterey, California). Dr. Smarsh's career has encompassed a range of military leadership, operational and academic positions. His experience includes support to space shuttle, military aircraft, and various other federal and national programs. For excellence in service, he has been awarded numerous awards.
