    MT. FREEDOM, NJ/EWORLDWIRE/Dec. 12, 2007 --- Bonnie L. Ayers has joined the Sturge-Weber Foundation (SWF) in Mt. Freedom, N.J. as the director of development. She comes to the Foundation with many years of experience in the non-profit sector, most recently as director of volunteer and youth services of the American Red Cross of NW NJ.

    "Bonnie's strong work ethic is complemented by her sense of compassion to this vital position at the Foundation and has already made significant inroads in her role," said Karen L. Ball, president and CEO.

    As development director, Ayers will be responsible for implementing a strategic development plan which includes the following highlights:

    Ayers, a graduate of Western Carolina University, resides with her husband Fred and three children in Randolph, N.J.
