WESTFIELD, N.J./EWORLDWIRE/Oct. 31, 2003 --- Timothy J. McDonald has been appointed to the Board of Directors of The Town Bank of Westfield (OCTBB:TBWN). The announcement was made at the September 24, 2003 Board meeting by Chairman Joseph F.X. O'Sullivan.

Involved in banking since 1965, Mr. McDonald is currently President of Danielson Associates, a leading bank consulting and financial advisory firm. "At the helm of Danielson Associates, Mr. McDonald serves as an advisor to management and boards of financial institutions," said Mr. O'Sullivan. "His expertise and financial background will be invaluable to The Town Bank of Westfield." Mr. McDonald began his banking career as a commercial lender with the Girard Bank in Philadelphia. He later held the positions of President and Chief Executive Officer of Lafayette Ambassador Bank, Easton, Pennsylvania, and of Ambassador Bank of the Commonwealth and was President of First Valley Bank.

Mr. McDonald is a graduate of Lafayette College and the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton Graduate Management Program.
