Alan Clark joins as executive vice president and chief legal officer. Patrick Silver joins as vice president of compliance. Both are coming on board with a combined twenty-five years of mortgage experience, the last twelve of which centered on reverse mortgage documents. Both are leaving Mortgage Cadence's Finale document division and prior to this employment, both worked for First American Nationwide Documents.
