SAN FRANCISCO/EWORLDWIRE/May 13, 2009 --- The California Jewelers Association has named Marc Stiglitz, owner and head designer of HAND in HAND custom jewelry design, the 2009 Robert B. Westover Scholarship recipient. This scholarship is designed to financially support and encourage one jewelry industry professional per year to pursue continuing education at the Gemological Institute of America.

Stiglitz will use the funding to continue to formalize his education in diamonds and gemstones while completing his graduate gemologist (G.G.) degree.
