West 2004, co-sponsored by AFCEA International and the U.S. Naval Institute, promises to be bigger and better than ever with 350 exhibitors showcasing the latest defense and IT products and services.
Following on this year's theme, "Born Joint?", West 2004 speakers and panel sessions will look at how programs and operations within the military can become joint, or meet the needs of all services.
