NEW ORLEANS/EWORLDWIRE/May 4, 2004 --- Phillip Weaver, the former Senior Vice President and General Manager for NCO Group who formed the emerging commercial collections player Revenue Assurance Partners in March, announced the sale of the remainder of the organization's Member Shares to Michael Chastain and Mike Wegman.
Michael Chastain will assume the role of Chief Operations Officer and Mike Wegman will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer. Both Mr. Wegman and Mr. Chastain were formerly with collection giants Milliken and Michaels and NCO prior to joining forces with Revenue Assurance Partners.
