In the filing, the company stated that it is unable to file its Report on Form 10-QSB for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2004 by the prescribed date of May 17, 2003 without unreasonable effort or expense because it needs additional time to complete the presentation and analysis of its financial statements in the Report.
