Judd, CPA, has been promoted to the position of Chief Financial Officer of Sitestar, effective June 23, by its Board of Directors. Judd was also nominated and elected to serve as a Director of the Corporation.Judd holds a Bachelors of Science degree in commerce from the University of Virginia, McIntire School of Commerce, a CPA, and he has over 26 years combined experience in public accounting and management. He founded Judd Enterprises Inc. in 1994 to service the business and tax needs of his clients and currently serves as its President. He joined the Sitestar in January 2003 as corporate controller.
Frank R. Erhartic, Jr. has resigned his position as Chief Financial Officer and has assumed the responsibilities of Chief Executive Officer. "Dan brings to the table all of the tools necessary to achieve the goals of Sitestar," commented Erhartic. "As our corporate controller, he has demonstrated the ability to not only cut expenses and create efficiencies, but to provide invaluable insight into the direction and future of Sitestar."
