CHICAGO/EWORLDWIRE/Nov. 19, 2004 --- Infrared Testing Inc. will be putting its large accounts online with Web Risk Manager this month. The company's decision will give its customers more choices on how to manage its infrared inspections, stewardship reports and recommendations. "Our customers are excited about our service enhancement. Keep in mind we are only using about 20 percent of the WRM system for our needs. We should have more announcements soon about how we will take advantage of the other tracking modules for our customers in 2005," said ITI Vice President Dan Malagoli.
Web Risk Manager is not only a digital management system for ITI's content, but it is turning into a collaboration center for its customers as well.
