Crouch of Scarsdale, N.Y., Crystal Elliers of Slidell, La., James D. Hammond of Cave Creek, Ariz. and Larry Gelfund, of South Lyon, Mich.

The Sturge-Weber Foundation's mission is to improve the quality of life for the one-million individuals and their families living with Sturge-Weber syndrome (SWS), Klippel-Trenaunay syndrome (KT) and Port Wine Stain (PWS)conditions.
