New Board of Directors Sees Growing opportunities For Presence And Secure Messaging

The two software veterans will play key roles as Revation looks to grow the company's existing market opportunities.

Holec will serve as Chairman of the Board and also take a key role in business development activity for the company. With more than 25 years in the technology industry, Holec is an advisor to Triple Tree, an Investment banking firm and is on the board of several technology companies. Previously, Holec was an Interim CEO of Peopleclick, a Software-as-a Service (SaaS) vendor, and president and CEO of ShowCase Corporation. He was also President and CEO of Lawson Software, leading the rapid growth and development of the company from $10M to becoming a leading brand in the ERP industry.

Knapp served as the 2002 President of the Minnesota Venture Capital Association and the 2002-2003 Chairman of the St. Paul Midway Chamber of Commerce. He is an active member of The Guthrie Theater Board of Directors. He is a 1982 graduate of The College of St. Thomas and a 1985 graduate of William Mitchell College of Law.
