The goal is to create an eco-system of partners that can deliver vertical specific solutions to the Global Telephony Office-LinX channel partners.
The Esnatech Development Alliance program offers development partners the opportunity to engage with Esnatech’s development teams at various levels of its product development cycle. The core of the program involves listening to customers vertical specific needs and implementing those vertical specific ideas into the Unified Communications solution using the API IVR templates.
Esnatech will refer and even resell partners solutions to its channel partners in order to best meet the needs and immediate market demands. “Esnatech can not produce world class real-time communication solutions without help from the end users and partners of its products," said Esnatech VP Marketing amd Sales Davide Petramala. The new Development Alliance program brings together developers building applications on and for the Telephony Office-LinX Unified Communications platform with engineers, API tools and software from Esnatech.
This program enables communication and collaboration by providing developers a reference platform, tools and resources to build vertical applications around the Telephony Office-LinX architecture.
The Telephony Office-LinX solution is the leading enterprise Unified Communications platform, encompassing all forms of communications and messaging from one core. ISV’s looking to support Telephony Office-LinX platform and join the Development Alliance program, will find everything needed to develop vertical product and or solution using both DTMF and speech resources from the Telephony Office-LinX platform. Enterprise developers and in-house custom engineering will find a suite of tools that allows to build, test and optimize software on the most widely supported architecture while keeping revisions in sync throughout the product lifecycle.

It can be administered directly from an organization’s Microsoft Management Console or through Terminal Services over the Web. Users can be managed through Active Directory and Group Policy.
