Sam K. Smith Joins Cyber Group, Inc. Board of Directors

DALLAS/EWORLDWIRE/July 19, 2006 --- Cyber Group, Inc., leading provider of software and embedded systems engineering services, today announced the addition of Sam K. Smith to its Board of Directors. The appointment increases the number of Cyber Group directors to four.

Throughout his career at the senior executive level, Smith has been at the forefront of the IT industry. In his long career at Texas Instruments (TI), he held a number of key management positions including Group Vice President of the Data Systems and Defense Systems Groups. Following his career at TI, he was Chairman of Landmark Graphics and a special limited partner at Sevin Rosen Management, a Texas-based venture capital firm. Smith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.

Smith serves on the boards of a number of technology companies.
