JACKSON, N.J./EWORLDWIRE/Aug. 31, 2007 --- Open Listings World, LLC today announced its official launching of a new worldwide Web site, 'http://www.Openlistingsworld.com' and 'http://www.Fsbo-Bob.com', and the company is currently in negotiations with a European company to aid in marketing its properties.

The Web site representing the two domain names has been blended to include buyers, sellers and realtors, among other participants in the real estate industry. Those who wish to list with a realtor may use the free nationwide realtors network. In negotiating with a "Realtor Member," there are no fees charged other than what a seller pays the realtor at closing. Realtors who select to join the network pay no fee to be listed, but they have the ability to list their multiple properties for a small yearly charge if they so choose.

The other domain represents the For Sale By Owner (FSBO) side of the business, allowing FSBOs to list their property for a one-time fee covering 12 full months. The service includes colorful roadside signage, brochures, multiple photos, and a private voicemail service which allows potential buyers to call a toll-free number (866-942-FSBO) to hear a brief description of a specific property and to leave a message for owners.
