KELOWNA, British Columbia Canada/EWORLDWIRE/Aug. 8, 2008 --- The Centre for Arts and Technology introduces its Digital Filmmaking Scholarship - valued at up to $21,700 - to be awarded to a passionate, aspiring Canadian filmmaker. This full scholarship to The Centre's Digital Film Program will catapult its recipient towards a creative and rewarding career in corporate/commercial production or independent/documentary filmmaking.
The Digital Film Program - offered at both Kelowna Centre and Fredericton Centre - has produced great filmmakers for nearly six years, providing solid theoretical education and real-world production know-how. Participants experience the complete production process: participating as a crew member in-studio and on location, and editing and composing in post-production on professional video stations.
Join The Centre for Arts and Technology and launch an exhilarating career in film, video and television production. Upon graduation, each alumnus will proudly demonstrate the personal drive, filmmaking passion, and strong work ethic shared by all independent filmmakers.
