SANTA CLARA, Calif./EWORLDWIRE/Aug. 14, 2012 --- Leadership and governance consulting firm, XCEO Inc., announces Alice Zhang has joined the XCEO team as Program Director, Public Sector Governance & Board Leadership Development. XCEO also welcomes Kristin Brownawell as Program Administrator, Market Analysis & Sales Support.

Ms. Zhang is responsible for developing and maintaining the programs and tools to assist public sector entities such as nonprofit, foundation, municipality and university boards in the area of board governance and leadership development.

Prior to joining XCEO, Ms. Zhang worked in several marketing and management roles including the Producer at KTSF, Channel 26, Program and Marketing Manager at World Link, and International Events Committee Advisor for the 2010 World Expo in China. She also has experience working at Foreign Policy Magazine, New America Foundation, and the U.S. Congressional Office, District 32. Ms. Zhang was the Chair for the Global Leadership Institute, the Founder and Program Manager for Achieve Free Tutoring Program, and the Founder and Chair for the Universal Language Club.

Ms. Zhang holds a B.S. in Management Science and a B.A. in International Studies focusing on Politics from University of California, San Diego. She has studied at various renowned universities internationally, including Cambridge University in England, Fudan University in China, and Meiji Gakuin University in Japan.

As the Program Administrator, Ms. Brownawell's role is to support the Program Director, Corporate Governance and Board Leadership Development, in marketing and sales as well as program information and market development. Ms. Brownawell is also instrumental in supporting XCEO's board and director clients.
