As part of the agreement, RackSpace is hosting HipLink customers in multiple RackSpace data centers, providing a 100% network up-time guarantee. RackSpace offers customers a global presence with data centers abroad as far as London and Slaugh in the U.K. and an Asian presence in Hong Kong.
